Multi-titled Glenn Aguilar fired up the first leg of the 2014 Mx Messiah Fairgrounds (MMF) 15-leg D-Motocross Series on March 1 at MMF, Club Manila East, Taytay Rizal.
“Right now, we need this grass root level because from here we will see upcoming riders. When I started racing, I was also into this kind of races,” said Aguilar, who played as guest rider in the Executive class.
Hundreds of local motorists gathered and united in supporting the developmental race launched by Xtreme Adrenaline Sports Entertainment Company (XAS).
A powerful ride was witnessed as Nueva Ecija’s pride Ompong Gabriel brought home the Kids Sr and sister Pia Gabriel nailed the ladies category.
Jojo Cochoco savored first in the Open Production while settled second in the Open Underbone against Lad Lourens Bucag.
Christopher Oberio hit a stong start in the Open Local Enduroleaving Koi Decen and Mav Bandigan behind the pack.
Categories New and Undeveloped (NU) Local Enduro and Underbone were also introduced for the benefit of grass root riders.
“We aim to hone the skills of these motocross potentials. This time, we are giving them a break,” said XAS CEO Sam Tamayo of Generation Congregation.
