(As of this interview during A2 SX press day, Jorge Prado has not injured his shoulder after crashing at the qualifying 1 session of the Anaheim 2 Supercross, hence he is not able to race the main event, and today Monster Energy Kawasaki Team announced that he won’t also be able to race round 4 in Glendale, Arizona.)
During the interview, Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Jorge Prado was asked by Coach Sam Tamayo of MxMessiah how he felt about his first two race results, which were Anaheim 1 and San Diego Supercross, where he finished the race 14th and 12th, respectively. Was there a certain level of pressure to perform well from the MXGP fans from around the world? His answer was that the pressure was just like any other because he wants to win, but he is being smart and taking his time to add more experience under his belt before he battles against the top Supercross riders in the world.
